As our Chief Technology Officer, Matt is responsible for mentoring and overseeing InTune’s engineering, product and data teams. Day in and day out, Matt fosters a collaborative, high-performance culture while aligning technology efforts with business priorities.
With over two decades of experience in the technology field, Matt’s journey began as a computer lab operator. He has since evolved through roles in system administration, DevOps, and people management, gaining experience across startups and global companies alike. In his own words, he was looking to move into a role that would allow him to have more impact on the business and people’s lives when he found InTune!
Early in his career, Matt adopted the mindset that “a good admin is a lazy admin,” which motivated him to automate tasks and improve efficiency. Over time, he realized that empowering people had an even more significant impact than solely focusing on technical solutions, leading him to transition into leadership. Outside of work, Matt is an avid reader, completing over 100 books a year. He is also a fitness enthusiast, a longtime yoga practitioner, and a former competitive firearms shooter in New England.
