Javier Cravioto is InTune’s Technology Advisor. He brings over 25 years of experience in IT to the Company. For almost a year and a half, he has guided InTune on technology, personnel, and operations and is now also focused on the People Department.
Javier’s journey began in the 1990s when he built websites to fund repairs for his mountain bike as a high school student. Since then, he has worked with startups, multinational corporations, UNDP, and government agencies, acquiring expertise in web development, enterprise solutions, and large-scale technical leadership. He founded and managed a small company, optimized SAP systems, managed Linux servers, and led teams of over 100 engineers.
As a leader, Javier is deeply committed to people, building long-term relationships that empower both teams and customers.
Outside work, he is an adventure seeker, mountain biking enthusiast, car lover, diabetic, and, most importantly, a proud father of two.
